Who we are

What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us by email. That is usually
- your name and email address
- your business name and what kind of business you run
- anything you tell us about the job you need help with
This website has no contact form, no tracking cookies and no advertising or analytics tools. Our web host keeps standard server logs, such as the address a visit came from, to keep the site running and secure.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and give you a price
- To do the work you agree to, and to keep a record of it
We use your details because you asked us to get in touch, and because we need them to give you a price or carry out work you have agreed to. We never sell your details or use them for anything else.
Who else sees it
Your emails pass through our email provider and our web host, who store them for us. Nobody else sees your details unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
If no work follows, we delete your enquiry within 12 months. If we work together, we keep records of the work for as long as we need them for our accounts, usually six years.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or to stop using them. Just email hello@pixelgangsta.com. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
